Responsibilities
- Maintain current menu standards and devise new dishes overseen by group Executive chef, including frequent introduction of Specials and menu rotation.
- Manage team in disciplined and professional manner maintaining positive working environment.
- Manage hygiene including maintaining restaurant’s 5 star rating and daily hygiene and cleaning management and organisation of food storage.
- Staff planning and Rota.
- Good communication with front of house and restaurant owners.

Requirements
- Min two years in similar role as chef
