High end East London based residential construction company requires additional labour. We are an expanding business based in East London, looking for professional, reliable top quality tradesmen.  We would require the following:
A current driving licence and preferably own vehicle, although one could be provided in the right circumstances.
A complete set of the required tools, both hand and power.
A good understanding of health and safety requirements and general site organisation.
Most importantly, the ability to work to the highest standard on your own initiative and to understand fully the importance of delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. We work on high end jobs usually architect led and our clients expect the highest standards of reliability, loyalty, tidiness and service, as well as good productivity.
We work on high end residential projects, typically refurbishments, extensions, basements and fit outs, no commercial work.
We offer top rates ( £175 - £200 or more) per day for the right applicant, either on a self employed or Paye basis, or generous price work, with potential if things work out for you to run your own team and grow your own career within the business fully supported by us, or progress the career ladder to management.
