Top Mayfair salon looking for experienced and professional full time receptionists to join our team.
Being the first point of contact for all our clients, it is essential that you have excellent spoken and written English, with an approachable, positive attitude.
Requirements:
- To be smartly presented at all times
- A polite, gracious and upbeat personality
- Professional telephone manor
- Be able to deal with pressured situations
- Strong client facing skills
- Be prepared to work individually, as well as part of a large team
- Be able to take instruction
- Have the ability to leave the clients feeling totally taken care of at all times
Previous receptionist experience is required (minimum of 1 year)
experience within the hair and beauty industry (reception) is desirable however; we are very open to applications from other fields of reception work.
