We are an Award Winning chain of Italian Ice Cream parlours across London. We are looking for a hard working and proactive Office Manager to join our fast growing company. This is a full time permanent vacancy working from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will be based in our Head Office in South Wimbledon, 2 minute walk from the Tube Station.
You should have experience in:
- Book keeping knowledge / Financial Accounting
- Accounts payable/ cashbook posting experience
- Ability to multi-task
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work under own initiative
- Enthusiasm and confidence to learn about our products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong customer service skills
- IT, competent using outlook or similar, Microsoft office, web browsers and preferably some familiarity using QuickBooks.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Entering data, and invoice payments into our accounting software QuickBooks
• Preparing delivery and invoice documents for our driver
• Handling business correspondence
• Distributing office communiqués
• Taking messages and transferring calls
• Filing, scanning and copying documents
• Coordinate payroll with Accountant
• Drafting internal memos
• Ordering office supplies and stationery
• Handling petty cash
• Reporting to Company Directors
• Taking notes or minutes at meetings
• Sales support
We are looking for an immediate start. Salary will be dependent on experience.
