We are a small local back street pub with an open plan kitchen and restaurant. The candidate has to be up-to speed on dietary needs and allergies as we cater for vegetarians and vegans, we also offer a lunchtime menu and a Sunday roast and do buffets for functions. As well as a BBQ during the summer and in the winter months for special occasions. We are looking for some one who wants to create a small ever changing seasonal menu as well as a few of the pub classics and consider all the growing number of people with either food allergies or just very conscious of what they are eating. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes working in a small environment and with a small close team. The candidate must also be able work within a budget and gross profit margin, know all aspects of running a kitchen and want to work with fresh produce. We look forward to hearing from you.
