As Supervisor you will support the General Manager in the day to day running of the restaurant. You will focus on providing excellent customer service whilst ensuring the smooth running of the shift. You will direct, support and motivate the staff to achieve the highest standards and you will need to demonstrate the necessary skills and understanding of the day to day operation of a busy pub. Your commitment to the management team will be key to ensure that the business operates at peak efficiency while maintaining standards in service, health and safety and cleanliness. You will become an essential part of the unique atmosphere and experience that our customers have come to expect from The Salusbury.
