Now we are looking for a Commis Chef and CDP who will have all the nuts and bolts of experience expected of a great Commis Chef or CDP (great leadership and communication support to Head Chef, due diligence and creating amazing food). You will be excited to produce seasonal specials based around simple rustic dishes, bold flavours and also our fantastic new Steakhouse concept. We change our menu four times a year and you will be very much involved in this process.
Most importantly, we really need you to have bags and bags of energy, a hunger to learn and a passion for great British pubs. You must also have a great eye for detail and be proud to deliver non-pretentious but outstanding fresh, British seasonal food.
