We are inviting driven and committed chefs with a passion for seasonal cooking to join our team! We are recruiting for Chef de Partie.
The successful applicant will;
- have previous experience in a similar environment and be enthusiastic about working in a busy kitchen with extremely high standards for quality and freshness of produce.
- As Chef de Partie you be responsible for managing your section and contributing to menu development.
The Chef de Partie is an important role and supports the Head Chef in maintaining and delivering our high standards of quality and presentation of food while being given the room to develop and create on our menus.
Work patterns vary from lunch shifts to evening shifts with the occasional double. Weekends are a must. General weeks consist of 48 hours. To begin work with us you will need right to work in the UK, your own bank account, a valid national insurance number and current photographic ID.
