The Empress in Victoria Park has built up a great reputation for simple, ingredients-led food for the last 6 years.
We are currently have a new head chef (Harry Milbourne) who is looking to build a strong team that want to build on the strong client base we already have.
Harry has worked in some great kitchens inc Arbutus (Michelin *) Galvin (Michelin *) and Piquet.
His food is big and ballsy with a definately British slant.
You will need at least 3 years in the kitchen (preferably more) but a real love for good food is just as important.
We are looking for someone to really commit to the restaurant but in return we will commit to you in both terms of training and a determination that you will have a job that doesn't take over your life.
Your Rota will be only 7 shifts per week with 2 days off every week and 1 week with 3 days off every month. The earliest you start work is 9am.
