The DeBeauvoir Arms is a gastro style pub on Southgate Road serving great Mediterranean food with an everchanging menu using only fresh and seasonal produce. We take great pride in our food, drinks and level of service and value all our customers and staff.
We are looking for some dynamic and inspiring additions to our already strong team.
The right candidate will have a strong food background along with a minimum of 1.5 years as an Assistant GM in a pub/bar or someone from the restaurant business who has a good understanding of wet sales.
We are a busy site so the right person must be comfortable in a busy environment yet still manage to deliver a high level of customer service and attention to detail as well as managing a bar and floor team. Honest and genuine friendly service is important to us and our customers.
We need people that can create a mature, welcoming environment, who will always think of the customer and create a comfortable/nurturing atmosphere.
This role will include assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the bar and kitchen. experience is essential, preferably in the UK - knowledge of cask Ales, beer and wine along with a passion for good food is important.
Salary starting at £24,000. 48 hrs per week over five days with 28 days holiday, annual wine trips abroad and perks along the way
Opening hours are: Mon-Thursday 11am-11pm Fri and Saturday 11am-Midnight and Sun 11am-10:30pm
