General Manager required for the Crooked Well in Camberwell.
A fantastic opportunity for a General Manager has become available at the acclaimed Crooked Well in Camberwell.
Independent, and free of tie the Crooked well is looking for a  motivated hands on General Manager who can take the Crooked Well to the next level.
Working within the parameters set by the Directors the GM will, run the business as their own on a day to day basis, with full accountability to the company Directors.
A hands-on approach, and a willingness to lead from the front, whilst being fully aware of all aspects of the business side of the operation are a must.
To be successful in the role will include:

Full accountability for the monthly P and L as well as supporting the directors with forecasting.
Ensuring the site is correctly staffed and run at all times, managing employee holidays and time off as well as ensuring all liaising with the payroll company (FOH and BOH)

Managing All aspects of beverage stock and stock control.

Ensuring that the standards that have been set are maintained and improved upon.
Be upto date with social media marketing as well as active in continual  ideas of how to promote the pub to the local area.
Manage and Oversee the full operational running of the FOH and beverage operation of the pub.
Be the ‘host’ of the Crooked Well, and welcome our local, regular and new guests in a warm friendly manner.
Share our passion and love of great gastro pub food, and worldwide Beers,  wines and cocktails with both the team and our customers.
Work closely with the owners to maintain our high-end f and b offer.
Exceed customer service expectations and seek innovative ways to drive trade locally.
Inspire and motivate the team, keeping them engaged and energised.
Be an expert in licensing and all areas of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
