The Coalshed Tower Bridge is currently looking for an amazing Commis Chf to join its experienced kitchen team.
At the Coalshed we take food more than seriously, creating, cooking and plating become an art, with complete customers satisfaction always in mind. We are specialised in sharing platters of carefully selected traceable meat and fresh fish shipped directly from Brighton. Everything we cook is seasonal and sustainable, and obviously delicious.
With two other venues located in Brighton we are part of an independent and growing group where creativity and free mind are always on top of our thoughts. Joining the team will be like entering a big family focused on learning and developing skills every day.
Who are We are looking for?
Someone with at least 1 year of experience in high standards kitchens, someone creative, a team player, willing to learn, organised and reliable.
