As part of The Clubhouse team, you need to meet the high standards and demands of our members and their guests and act in a professional and courteous manner to exceed their expectations.
The position of Floor Assistant is to take responsibility for and help coordinate the day to day operations, front and back of house of The Clubhouse, working closely with the Front of House Team, the Operations and Events Manager.
- Assisting with and coordinating the day to day operations of The Clubhouse including all meeting room and event bookings to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all meeting room bookings, changeovers, members’ and non-member events.
- Ensuring that all members, guests, and suppliers have an enjoyable, professional and safe experience at The Clubhouse, through the delivery of excellent customer service as would be expected from a high end, premium members club.
- The responsibility for the overall day to day appearance of The Clubhouse, both front and back of house, to ensure that all meeting rooms are set up and catered for as required, and all communal areas are kept to a very high standard.
- Managing the open-plan, communal areas where necessary to ensure there is sufficient space for all our members as required, and to ensure that members of The Clubhouse use the spaces as it has been designed.
- Management of stock levels both front of house (eg coffee points) and back of house (general stocks)
- Assisting with the promotion of member benefits, promotions, partnerships, offers and member events such as The Book Club, The Entrepreneurs Club, The Wine Club etc including marketing and tickets sales as required
- Assisting with the promotion of The Clubhouse brand to reinforce our offering as London’s premium business members club, lounge and meeting space as required.
