The Dartmouth Castle is part of a small Gastropub group that has been up and running for 15 years. We like being small and operating as a family rather than a corporate entity. We all know and support each other throughout the company and, consequently, promotion can occur between the pubs as well as in the one on which you work. All our managers have been promoted from within; an ethos we feel has proven to be successful over the years.
