Here at The Bat and Ball in Westfield, Stratford City we are looking for a strong events/sales executive to join our events team. The Bat and Ball is a 11,000 sq ft Ping Pong/Bar/Restaurant set over 2 floors and we would be looking for someone who can:-
Role Responsibility
• Generating new leads
• Growth on weekly sales
• Be confident making cold emails/cold calls
• Booking appointments with local companies to present the venue
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Be tenacious and articulate in your approach to dealing with potential clients
• Maintaining and building our database
The Ideal Candidate
• Proven Business to Business sales experience is required
• Strong phone presence and tenacious attitude
• Be adaptable, courteous, professional and motivated
• Strong internet research skills required
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and
interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment and challenging workload
• Highly motivated and resilient with a strong desire to succeed
