Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Thamesmead Regeneration Apprentice to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, fixed term basis and will receive a salary of £14,000 per annum.
Peabody and Family Mosaic have merged, creating a new housing association providing 55,000 homes to 111,000 people across London and the South East. Our combined scale and strong focus on London will uniquely position us to revolutionise housing delivery and redefine best practice – and you will be central to making it happen.
Peabody is looking for a Thamesmead Regeneration Apprentice to join our Thamesmead directorate, which oversees the planning and delivery of the regeneration in Thamesmead.
Peabody, in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the London Borough of Bexley, is embarking on an extensive regeneration programme for Thamesmead in South East London that will span 30 years, build thousands of new homes and support both existing and new communities in the area.
Plans are now gaining momentum. New homes are under construction, investment is underway into existing homes and public spaces, an ambitious programme of arts and culture is taking shape and we’re delivering a socio-economic programme to make sure that local people are benefiting from the regeneration process.
We would like to welcome a Thamesmead Regeneration Apprentice into our small and friendly Thamesmead directorate. This is a chance to get hands on experience, assisting with several key projects during your placement, whilst also helping with the general running of the office. We will expect commitment and enthusiasm, in return we promise a chance to learn a fantastic range of skills and contribute to the transformation of the area.

In order to be eligible for the Apprenticeship scheme you MUST meet the following eligibility criteria (for funding purposes):
- Aged between 16 and 24
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Must not have a degree or any level 4 qualifications
This Thamesmead Regeneration Apprentice role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
