The Position
Tennis Coach- Self-employed tennis club coach with multiple streams of revenue working in our Hampton club and surrounding schools.
Potential of Director of Tournaments - For the right person there is also the opportunity of having an office role to go alongside the coaching role. This office role is the Director of Tournaments and consists of 15 hours office time per week. We run a large number of LTA Tournaments at our Esher and Hampton venue.
Medium Term Goals
A successful candidate in the role, dependent on their performance, can within two to three years be become a licensed partner of a club with us.
Coaching programme

Work closely with the Director of Tennis to build and develop junior and adult tennis programs at the club.
Leading and Assisting classes at the club and schools with a team of coaches.
Working at our holiday tennis camps
Running LTA tournaments.

Junior development

Develop a strong performance programme to compliment the club and school programs.
Actively support and encourage juniors to start competing in competition in ESG tournaments and other LTA sanctioned tournaments.
Identify young talent amongst the juniors and getting them to play more to tennis.

Rates of Pay
£15 - £25 Per hour for Group Coaching (12 - 15 Hours)
£20 - £30 Per hour for Private Lesson (10 + hours potentially)
From £70 per day for holiday camps (All School Holidays Monday - Friday)
£8 Per hour for office time (15 hours per week)
£15 Per child when recruited from a school class or camp to a club program)
