We are currently looking to find an experienced and talented Internal Recruitment Manager to join this growing, dynamic City-based agency.

Duties include:
- Advertising for internal hires
- Meeting and interviewing internal hires with set KPIS
- Reference verification for internal hires
- Assisting with promotions
- Assisting with probationary reviews
- Employee records
- Approving and managing all employee absence requests
- compliance for new hires
- Contract management
- Training new recruits on company procedure and policy
Required experience and skills:
Proven track record in Recruitment.
Excellent telephone manner and confident communicator.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Team player.
Highly motivated and results driven.
Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.
At least 2 years of recruitment experience is desirable.
Excellent level of written and spoken English is required and other spoken languages are a bonus.
This Internal Recruitment Manager position is Monday to Friday in Central London and career progression is fast and rewarding for those that put in the work for it.
