Based in the heart of Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an expanding airport transfer company. Serving over 75000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.
We are recruiting Temporary Telephonists to join our call centre team for the summer.
Responsibilities
*Answering calls from customers and dealing with bookings and enquiries over the phone
*Updating our in-house computer system (full training will be given)
*Answering emails
*Answering live chat
Skills
*Good spoken and written English
*Excellent telephone manner
*Accurate with good attention to detail
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Punctual and reliable
Call centre or other telephone experience an advantage.
Hours
*Day and evening shifts available
*Overtime available at times
*Flexibility an advantage
Salary
£7.75 per hour
