Our London client is part of an International group of hotels who now requires an IMMEDIATE and EXPERIENCED Night Receptionist/Auditor to start in July.

Shifts from 11.00pm to 7.30am (30 minute break)
ONQ experience would be advantageous but training can be given.

As Night Reception / Auditor your duties and skills will consist of the following:

Checking guests in and out of the hotel
Running of Night Audit
Preparing and serving room service
Possible assisting in the bar, serving drinks.
Dealing with guest queries and complaints.
Completing night fire and safety checks
Taking calls and reservations and other front office duties as required.
Ideally have ONQ experience but training can be given.
