Our Hotel client requires an immediate and experienced Night Concierge to join their Night Front Office team starting this month for various shifts.
Shift times 10.00pm to 8am
MUST be able to serve alcohol
MUST have Opera PMS experience
Duties of a Night Concierge:

Providing accurate information about the hotel facilities, services and nearby attractions.
Assist with guest enquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related Deliver luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms promoting all outlets.
Assist departing guests with their luggage and transportation arrangements.
Notify the Chief Concierge of any guest problems or complaints for immediate handling.
Assist with room service Assist serving in the bar if necessary.

Required for Night Concierge:

Previous experience of working in a 4 or 5 star London Hotel.
Have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
MUST have OPERA PMS
Flexible to work including weekends
