Based in the heart of Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an expanding airport transfer company. Serving over 75000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports and beyond.
We are recruiting Temporary Night Administrators / Controllers / Telephonists to join our call centre team for a period of 6-8 weeks.
Responsibilities
*Answering calls from customers and dealing with bookings and enquiries over the phone
*Liaising with drivers
*Effectively allocating jobs to drivers
*Answering emails
*Answering live chat
Skills
*Good spoken and written English
*Excellent telephone manner
*Accurate with good attention to detail
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Punctual and reliable

Hours
*This is a full night shift 10pm - 8am or 11pm - 8am
*Overtime available at times
*Flexibility an advantage

Salary
£10-15 per hour after training depending on experience
