A European couple who live between London and Monaco are looking for a second nanny to join their existing nanny.  They have 2 children (both toddlers and under 4 years of age). Your time will be split between the two children.  You should be based in London, or within a short commute distance to London.  This is an immediate start for 3 months placement (September 2022 end), with room to extend if the placement is successful.  You should be available for the entire booking.

Family Background
This is an international couple who travel regularly.  They are based in London, but travel to Monaco and their other properties around the world.  Fflexible and easy going, but due to large families and staffing requirements expect a high level of organisation with their staff and nannies.  They will be likely creating shift Rota's for the nannies to work, but ideally you should be flexible and looking for a long term role.  They want someone who is loving and kind and can inspire their children!

Duties
You should be highly organised with a good sense of computer skills in order to organised the older child's schedule and activities.  You should be practical and hands on, willing to educate through play and fun activities. You should be willing to be flexible on the schedule to fit in with the needs and help mum and dad around the home when needed.  You will have sole charge and shared charge with the parents.  The ideal candidate is caring, loving and kind.  Both confident and responsible with knowledge of health and safety.  You should be lively with a positive approach and well organised.  You must be extremely well presented, and have lots of common sense, with a good team player attitude.  A genuine love for children and interest in child development at all stages.  The family want a long term commitment from the ideal candidate.  No additional housework is required as this is all done by the housekeeper. You should be healthy and fit and enjoy taking the baby outside when the weather is suitable.

Location/Accommodation
You should have your own accommodation in London. There will be regular travel outside of the UK to Monaco and their other properties around the world.
Days/Hours
You will be working in shift rotation, 1 week on and then 1 week off or flexible to do full time work as per the needs of the family.  It has not been decided yet how the Rota will work (if there is one) so you should be open to both possibilities. When on shift you will be working 24 hour days with breaks.  You might be expected to live in during the days on and live out during the days off.

Languages
You must be fluent in English.  If you speak French this is a bonus.

Special Skills
You must have a First Aid qualification and additional qualifications in childcare.

Package Offered
The family will pay a high salary depending on experience from £600-800net a week / £40K-55K gross per year.  Pro-rata arrangement for the short term contract placement.
