Our Hotel client requires up to 4 experienced Hotel Receptionists to start next week for an ongoing placement that could lead to permanent for the right person
Duties expected for the Receptionist role:
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Switchboard Operator
- Taking room reservations
- General Assistant duties
- Posting, balancing and banking
- Liaise with all departments on a daily basis
Skills required for the Receptionist role:
- MUST have Opera PMS experience
- 12 months minimum Hotel Reception experience
- Flexibility (will be expected to work am/pm shifts during the week and weekends)
- Previous experience of working in a 300 bedroom plus hotel would be advantageous
- MUST have good communication skills
