Busy and successful traditional Greek Restaurant in Bayswater needs a Grill Chef / Chef de Partie preferably with a years experience of Greek / Mediterranean Cooking in the UK; references required. Shifts are 5pm – 11pm for a total of 24 hours a week.
• Good food hygiene
• Good communication skills
• experience of Mediterranean cooking, preferably 1 year in the UK
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Maintain high levels of productivity and food standards during busy service
• Understanding food safety
• Ability to speak Greek an advantage
