Temporary Distribution Assistant – Wimbledon Tennis Tournament
Tuesday 27th June to Monday 3rd July (plus Fri 26th and Saturday 27th May)
£8.50 per hour + Holiday Pay

Our client, a luxury clothing brand is looking for a team to assist with the distribution of uniforms to key staff for a prestigious sporting event.
You will be working closely with the Tailors to provide the Umpires/Hosts with their uniform and assist with any alterations they may require. This will involve:
• Using alteration dockets (which you will be taught how to use).
• Making sure the sizing allocated is correct.
• Swapping sizes if a larger or smaller one is required.
• Placing dockets on any item of clothing that needs to be altered.
• And insuring any adjustments are recorded correctly.
You will also be expected to help with initial setup of the venues. This includes:
• Lifting of heavy boxes (stock)
• Stock count before the setup and after
• And assistance with the unloading of stock
The umpires/hosts travel from all around the world, and sometimes the environment you will be working in may become extremely busy. Being seen as part of this luxury brand team you will be expected to represent them in a favorable manner and therefore possess the following skills.
• Punctual, professional and personable.
• Excellent eye for detail
• Willing to learn and able to adapt to fast pace environment.

• Tuesday 27th June 4pm - 7pm
• Wednesday 28th June 8.30am - 5pm
• Thursday 29th June 8.30am - 6pm
WIMBLEDON
• Friday 30th June 2pm - 6pm
• Saturday 1st July 8.30am - 5pm
• Sunday 2nd July 8.30am - 5pm
• Monday 3rd July 7.15am - 1pm (workers able to start at 7.15am only)
The successful candidates will have previous experience of working in a face to face customer service role, and any experience of working in a manual role would also prove advantageous.
