We all know how it is, most job ads are always asking, seeking or even demanding all sorts from candidates. However, we’re going to try something different. Firstly, what is a job with Lola Staffing?
We offer you temporary, crew and manual labour job opportunities working with some of London’s top luxury hotels, venues, events and caterers. We have job roles working as luggers, kitchen porters, event/traffic marshals and more.
experience
For most of our jobs you won't require a large amount of experience, you'll be helping make the events happen by setting up, loading and unloading vans and generally helping out in the back of house areas.
Great pay rates (above National Living Wage!)
We are committed to making the London Living Wage a reality. We have two standard rates of pay for all of our crew at, £8.40 and £9.75 per hour for our basic roles.
Guaranteed pay
We guarantee you 4 hours pay if your shift is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the shift. We will then also try to find you a replacement shift which you will get paid for too (kerchinggg)!
Flexibility
You can pick and choose when you work. You can cancel your shift up until 24 hours before the start and we have enough work available to you in our busy seasons for you to be able to work full-time hours. Between March and July and September and December we are looking for people to work 2 - 4 shifts per week but you can choose whichever days you like.

We work with clients such as Royal Horticultural Halls, Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, The Royal Hospital Chelsea, Jones Hire, Karla Otto and Best Parties Ever to name a few, all of whom are on board with our commitment!
Top 100 Staff
We have a list of staff that, through hard work, dedication and loyalty, have proven themselves to us. These people get priority for the highest rate shifts. Of course this pool of people is regularly updated as new superstars prove themselves – and you could be one!
