We are looking for a dynamic well-groomed individual, who can demonstrate high levels of customer service care with attention to details whilst at the same time making sure the building remains secure.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Main duties include the following:

Access and control.
Outside Patrolling.
Checks of communal areas.
Checking of IDs where appropriate.
Monitoring of CCTV Equipment
Key management.
Operating the in-house Intercom.
Meeting and greeting residents and guests.

Training will be provided to ensure you can perform your work well and above expectations. This is a temporary position, which could lead to permanent contract as we do have a lot of job requests from clients.
All applicants must have a checkable work history and must be able to produce references. In addition to this you must be eligible to work in the U.K and have an N.I number.
Hourly rate from £8/hr
