Temporary Administrator Opportunity

Inca Creative, a leading retail design and manufacturing business have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced administrator to work within our London Head Office to support administration team and account directors. This is an 8 week long temporary role starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
All General Office Admin and Admin Support for the team
Deal with and respond to ad-hoc issues/tasks on a daily basis.
Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries
Support the administration team with work and projects relating to client accounts
Liaising regularly with in-house engineers, external contractors and clients
Key Skills and Attributes:
High level of IT skills and proficiency in MS Office including Word, Outlook and Advance working knowledge of Excel.
2-5 years previous experience in a similar role required.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Good standard education
Smart appearance
This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Hours are 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
