Temp Sous Chef required for aRestaurant in Bexleyheath area of South East London. The Restaurant serves all fresh food and looking for a temp sous chef ongoing for the next 1-2 months.

The role:
As sous chef you will support in the running of the kitchen, ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen. You will support the owner and head chef to ensure the kitchen is ready for service and cook during service. The kitchen has a team of 5 chefs.
