Temp chef de partie required for a 5 star hotel in London. This 5 star hotel is looking for a Relief chef to join them over the next couple of weeks. Cooking good standards of dishes to a 5 star level.
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie to run one of the sections in the main kitchen, cooking to a 5 star standard. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties of a 5 star hotel.
