Temp chef de partie required for a pub in central London, cooking fresh food and a range of dishes. This role is THIS WEEK and will have other weeks as well.

The role
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to work in this small kitchen, mainly working on your own and its only a small kitchen for 20-40 covers. Cooking a range of dishes and include all the normal chef de partie duties.
