Temp chef de partie required for a Hotel in the Croydon area, ongoing for about 4 weeks. The hotel uses fresh food, the dishes include British produce. The hotel bar snacks, restaurant, banqueting and conference dishes.
The role
As chef de partie you will manage one of the section in the kitchen, being involved in all parts of the restaurant service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties.
