We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, punctual and reliable person to join our Estatecare Team, looking after the upkeep of our communal apartment blocks.   Main duties include cleaning, sweeping, waste management, weeding, reporting repairs, horticulture work, graffiti removal and other estate maintenance tasks.
36 Hour week, £8.10p.h.  Training provided with potential for advancement.  Driver preferred.  Female applicants very welcome too as we are an equal opportunity employer.   Work is based in Wallington, Sutton, Carshalton area of SW London.
