Temp Accounts Payable Clerk Required

Job Title:                    Purchase Ledger Assistant.

Responsible to:                      Finance Manager.

This role is for someone to come in for 3 months to help with some Accounts Payable projects.

Principal Accountabilities

Ensure the Company pays the correct amount for stock received by.

Ensuring invoices match and reconcile to the GRNs.
Inputting invoices into SAGE 200.
Inputting and tracking credit notes
Doing supplier statement reconciliations
Doing ad hoc analysis e.g. Credit note analysis by store.
Liaising with suppliers
Answering the phone
Archiving paperwork

Person specification

Good attention to detail
Numerical
Organised
Confident using software e.g. Excel and accounting software such as Sage200
Good spoken English and literacy
Team player
The ability to multi-task
