We are a rapidly growing company working on behalf of the UK’s Leading Fuel provider. We are looking for highly energised and enthusiastic sales people to join our team!
You will be closing applications and this will be on a B2B basis. You will be brought on as a telesales associate offering £10 hourly basic with uncapped commission.
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm
Start date - as soon as possible !
We are looking for people who
- Have a passion for sales
- Are able to handle objections from potential clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Telesales and call centre experience
What the role will involve:
- Making 80 + outbound sales calls contacting potential businesses
- Qualifying candidates ensuring they fit your clients’ needs
- Responsible for building your own pipeline
- Converting data given into applications
- Hitting weekly KPI’s and monthly targets
Who we really want:
- People who are self-motivated, have a positive attitude and killer work ethic
- Bags of energy with a positive outlook
- Success in other fast-paced sales/start up environments
- Sales/Cold calling experience
- Excellent communication skills and the drive to turn every conversation into a sale
