Telesales Executive Vacancy in London

Job Summary
Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking to open up a new sales office and recruit four talented and motivated sales executives to sell on behalf of the UK’s Leading Fuel provider.

Key Tasks :

Call new business to establish and develop relationships with the aim to convert them into customers. Calls can be to either warm leads, and or cold leads form prospecting database.
Ensure all KPI’S are achieved on a weekly/daily basis as directed by the Sales Team Manager.
Utilise the companies E-Shot system to send weekly pricing / marketing communications to generate leads and gain potential customers.
Ensure all follow- up procedures to all potential customers are correctly maintained within the specified time scales.
Ensure competitor information is recorded and is kept updated with information which is as accurate as possible.

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure all contact is of the highest standard.
Complete customer queries and requests in a timely manner meeting company brand KPI’s.
Build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.

Operation Excellence

Ensure all systems are updated with accurate and up to date information.
To handle all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
To participate in any special project work as required.
All tasks to be undertaken with adherence to company policy and quality system procedures.

Market Leadership

To contribute to the growth of the selected department through the provision of a high quality service to customers.
Maximize every opportunity to generate added value to the business through the promotion of additional products and services and assist with the development of new marketing initiatives and avenues to reach prospects.

Person Specification
experience: Cold calling/ closing telesales/sales background.
Skills: Excellent telephone manner with the ability to be persuasive and the ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure.
The ability to work on own initiative as well as in consultation with colleagues in a positive and harmonious manner.
