Full Time. Mon– Thursday 10am-6pm and Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: Basic £1213.33pcm + commission package with £800 pcm OTE
Primary Purpose of Role
Sprint are partners with 2 household names in the telecommunications industry. We require staff to provide a professional and courteous service for our partners existing customers. Give accurate information and help find new tariffs to suit needs. Sign customers up to a new commitment period based on demonstrable benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist existing customers by:
a) Following process and procedures, including system driven workflow and Scripts.
b) Demonstrating excellent communication skills
c) Identifying customer needs and presenting solutions
Person Specification
• Strong Technical sales background.
• Must be a good problem solver with confidence in decision making skills.
• Excellent communicator with confident manner.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
