As our Inside Sales unit relocates to Stratford, there’s an exceptional opportunity for a new group of talented people to grow and develop within our close-knit, supportive team. You’ll help new and existing customers explore our comprehensive range of communications products, and choose the solution that’s right for them. Every call’s different, every day’s varied, and the culture’s genuinely fast-paced. Our passion for great customer service shows in every conversation we have, and in every customer relationship we build. And it shows in the range of creative ways we recognise achievements, reward our people and celebrate our successes.
As a good, strong sales person the right attitude is vital, as you’ll be on the front foot from day one. But this isn’t a traditional sales role, and there’s no cold-calling involved. We focus on customer retention and cross-selling, so you’ll be encouraged to build relationships with customers, to be consultative in your approach and to grow accounts over time. You need to be upbeat, optimistic, full of enthusiasm and ready to help others in the team. Some inside sales experience is required, but this could be on any type of product / solutions, not just communications. And you’ll start off with two weeks of paid training, so that you can understand our products, culture and approach right from the outset.
The expectations are high. But there is also lots of support and encouragement, and the earnings targets are achievable for everyone in the team. Basic salary is £18,000 to £24 000 (based on experience) plus monthly commission and bonuses throughout the year. The commission is uncapped, so the more you sell the more you earn.
