Salary Banding: £8.00 - £10.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission

Overview:
Our Telesales Account Managers are incredibly vital to the success of the GNB. This is a results-driven role which requires an ability to achieve and exceed daily KPI’s and sales targets.
You will be making a high volume of outbound calls to Estate Agents across the country to drive the sales of the GNB Properties app. We expect you to generate and handle new business; build up a portfolio of new customers through outbound calling, build professional relationships and manage clients throughout the sales process, whilst embracing our core values and continuous improvement ethos. We would also expect you to contribute ideas and solutions to improving sales revenue and making work a happy place to be.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed daily KPI’s and performance metrics
• Promote the Company’s products to new customers.
• Handling new business enquiries.
• Making outbound calls to new and existing clients.
• Up-selling and cross selling additional products and services to maximize
• business.
• Accurately update client records on in-house system.
• Build up a portfolio of new customers using cold calling
• Prospecting Call Warm customers and convert them into paying clients
• Research opportunities and competition
• Support additional projects to improve overall sales team results
Required:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in outbound telephony or face to face sales
• Computer literate with working experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• and the Internet.
• 2 + years sales experience preferred
• The ability to think strategically and creatively
• Work well under pressure
• Enjoy working to daily, weekly and monthly targets whilst maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong sense of professionalism
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent to include Mathematics and English
