We are looking for 2 money hungry sales people for an immediate start. We are a 15 year old established business in London's Oxford Circus with 100 + staff, and offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Miami.
This is a genuine sales position, within a great company, a great and above all happy team, who are well rewarded. The office is buzzing with a very motivated team, who sell the market leading studio with the competitive edge over competitors, and locations in London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
We have a very low turnover of staff , with a team of 18 bookers in London. The atmosphere is positive and upbeat, and while there is continuous training, there is a hands off management style. We are a busy fashion studio and we are looking for a hard working, target driven, competitive person to work as part of a team booking appointments from warm leads. There is absolutely no cold calling.
The successful candidate will be a very upbeat individual, with confidence, and a can do attitude. experience and a proven track record in telesales is essential. Full time Monday to Friday, £20,000 basic plus generous commission of up to an additional £18,000 + uncapped. Excellent pay for the right candidate, and easy for people who can close.
This is a consultative sale, and all about quality of delivery of pitch, not volume of calls. The right candidate must have an excellent telephone manner. It is essential that English is excellent and you have a good grasp of fashion.
experience in telesales is essential.
