The Role
Primarily focuses around the provision of cleaning solutions and soft services for business customers, so it is vital to start building relationships to arrange appointments for the Business Development Managers dependent on business needs. You will be working in a small team of 4 telesales staff, with specific and achievable targets.
You will be speaking at a senior level at both SME and large corporate clients.
This is not a hard sell role, but you will be expected to develop business and meet targets. That said the main focus will be quality of calls not the quantity.
Primary Objectives
To source and arrange appointments for Business Development Managers.
Achieve personal monthly sales/contact targets.
Achieve through effective cold calling
Proactive lead generation
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with Business Development Managers, Directors to achieve closure on new accounts.
· Achieve daily targets
· To achieve pre-determined personal and team targets.
Knowledge, experience and Skills
Minimum 6 months telesales experience, preferably in a business to business environment.
Skilled at building rapport
Proactive
Outgoing and enjoys relating to others
Personal confidence, professional and self belief.
Comes up with ideas for improvement
Takes ownership of actions
Efficient
Checks understanding before drawing conclusions.
Salary: up to £18,000.00 pa.
Hours: mon to fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. Flexible working hours to suit.
Probation period: 3 months.
Holidays: 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.
