Telesales / Call Centre Staff required Ealing, London (W13 8RA)Due to explosive growth, our client is now looking to expand on their very successful sales team. Your responsibilities: * Making outbound calls to clients to discuss a range of solutions, products or services. * To identify clients' needs and use your own intuition to find a suitable solution * Overcome potential objections * Utilise your charisma to build a strong rapport * Deliver consistently high levels of customer service * Achieve your targets. Our client sets realistic targets so you can earn excellent commissions experience and Skills: * experience of Telesales is essential * Proven experience of high level of customer service * Previous experience in a call centre environment is ideal, however, transferrable skills can suffice if you tick most of the boxes. * Ability to communicate and work effectively with clients, employees and teams at all levels * Ability to work as part of a team Benefits: * Basic Salary GBP 17,000 Per Annum OTE GBP 35,000 * Uncapped commission * Career progression * Cash incentives Working Hours: * Full Time Hours Monday-Friday: 10:00am-7:00pm * Alternative Saturdays: 11:00am-3:00pm.
