We are a respected trade association providing events designed specifically for the social housing sector. The Teleresearch Representative will need to phone and email existing members to confirm their details and generate leads.
Confidence and professionalism in your interaction with our members via the telephone and email are essential. Previous experience using a CRM system is desirable.
You will be highly motivated and responsible for generating leads, research calls and data cleansing, as well as maintaining extremely accurate records to allow effective follow up and analysis. You will have the ability to think on your feet and be proactive on the phone.
The role is based within a small but friendly team in our London office in Holborn and will last between 2 to 3 weeks with opportunity for more work over the next 6 months.
