Telephonist role overview:
* The ideal Telephonist will have a passion for providing outstanding guest telephone service while displaying excellence in personal grooming and presentation
* As part of your daily routine, you are also required to assist the supervisor in the day-to-day configuration changes of the telephone system. This includes suite changes/splits, programming of fax and modem lines for guests
* You will need to take instructions from guests regarding the acceptance of calls, their whereabouts and to ensure that this information is programmed into the Switch and the Front of House System as outlined by the hotel policies
* Working in one of the best world's most iconic luxury hotels, you must always show good product knowledge and share it with our guests while you act as an ambassador of the hotel, displaying great communication skills
