We are a medium size Italian importer and distributor of Wines /Provisions, based in London.  We are seeking a dynamic, vibrant person to join the Order Office team, which currently consists of 8 people.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Italian language and must have great communication skills.
The tasks include telephone liaison with customers, sales representatives, logistics and management, processing orders, preparing invoices and general office administration.

Computer literacy required and office experience preferred.
Hours of work:   (40 hours per week),  Monday to Friday, 1 Saturday morning per month and one late shift every 6 weeks, flexibility will be required at all times.
Must have professional attitude and have lived in the UK for a minimum of 1 year.

Salary: up to £ 23,000 p.a.
