We need EXPERIENCED TELEPHONISTS / CALL CENTRE BOOKERS (native English speakers OR other applicants with exceptional English communication skills only) for our executive car / minicab airport transfer business based in PARK ROYAL, NW10. This role is 4 days per week to include day, afternoon, night and weekend shift work.
Aside from having excellent English communication skills, candidates MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and ACCURATE DATA ENTRY SKILLS, and be ENTHUSIASTIC, RELIABLE and FRIENDLY. Previous experience within Taxi or Private Hire industry is preferable but not an absolute requirement. Attention to detail is an absolute necessity in this role.
Duties include: Answering telephones promptly and efficiently, taking bookings, accurate data entry, dealing with customer enquiries and general admin tasks. Full training is given.
Applicants must live within an easy commute of our office in Park Royal NW10. We would prefer mature local people, but other candidates that fit the bill are welcome to apply.
