We are a recruitment firm working for large organisations assisting them to Sieve through thousands of job applications to save them time and find them the right person for their job spec. What we need from you is to call up every single applicant we forward you, and explain to them the job description, and assess if they are right for the job, and notify each our clients of the best person for the job.
For this job you are required to have at least 100 minutes of call time available on your own phone which we will not expense.
You will be paid £20 per hour. You are expected to make at-least 15 calls per hours. We may ask you for proof of calls made via a screenshot of your call log etc.
You must be willing to start immediately (today).
There is no minimum or maximum number of hours you must work a day. You can do either one hour/day or 10 hours, as we have many employees doing the same job, and there are literally thousands of calls that need to be made for hundreds of organisations looking for their perfect applicant.
You will be on a 24 hour trial. If your managing supervisor's assessment of your work is below acceptable, you will be paid for the hours worked and discontinued from the job. If the assessment is fine, you will be offered a long term or prolonged part time role and full contract.
