As part of this role you will be:
• The first point of contact for our customers.
• Helping our customers with their enquiries
• Arranging collections and deliveries of donations
• Completing online bookings
• Promoting the benefits of the Gift Aid scheme

 Being organised and able to follow administration procedures accurately
