Telephone Sales Person Required
About the Job

We are a growing Mortgage business in West London and we wish to add to our current team with a Part Time Client Services Sales executive.

The role is office based and requires someone who is an excellent communicator on the telephone who can quickly build rapport when calling potential clients. The role involves both cold and warm selling. The role requires someone who is comfortable speaking to potential clients over the phone and converting them into appointments to see one of our mortgage consultants. We are linked with a major West London property group and have superb offices that we work from and where we meet with clients.

You must be able to demonstrate that you understand how to close a client and book them in for an appointment as this is a key part to the role. Ultimately your commission and long-term success will be measured how many appointments you have booked in.

You will spend your time calling prospects. We also will look long term to train you in the mortgage field and will look to a trainee role after a 12-month successful period in the role. You will also be dealing with our inbound sales calls and enquiries and will be expecting to do a basic fact find with clients and then pass this to a mortgage consultant.

The key to success in the role is to be great on the phone, confident in talking with clients and building rapport with clients.

Hours are from 4pm to 8pm and we pay £10 per hour and £5 per face to face appointment booked in.
